The cross and bearing kit is the core of the PTO drive shaft and care should be taken to determine the correct style and size for the application. Weasler offers four types of cross and bearing kits, referred to as P-kit, R-kit, E-kit, and M-kit. P-Kits and R-Kits are standard and offer a high quality lube cycle of 8 hours which is acceptable for many applications. The E-kits, are especially developed for very demanding applications, providing increased capacity and extended lubrication intervals with a lube cycle of 50-250 hours. M-kits build on the E-kits; the lubrication interval is stretched to the estimated life of the bearing kit thus eliminating the need for re-lubrication.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
M-kits:
• Worry-free operation – Maintenance-free design eliminates the need to remove or grease through the guard, concerns about missed grease points, confusion about greasing intervals or grease type, or any risk of blowing seals due to over greasing.
• Easy replacement and upgrade – M-kits are easily interchangeable with other cross and bearing kits in the market.
• No downtime – With no need to add lubricant ever, a farmer won’t need to take time for maintenance, repair blocked fittings, or suffer a failed part due to a missed grease point.
• Money-saving design – Higher torque capacity and clean design ensures efficiency and continuous operation and avoids costly cross and bearing kit replacement.
• Longer life – No risk of premature failure and replacement of expensive components due to missed grease points.
• Operator comfort – No need to modify grease gun tips to fit into tight spaces or crawl under equipment to access grease points.
• No mess – Grease is tightly sealed inside with no risk of contamination from greasing through a dirty fitting.

E-Kits:
• Extended lubrication cycle of 50 to 250 hours.
• Interchangeable with standard cross and bearing kits available in the market.
• Easier grease access through the guard, no need to remove guard.
• Higher torque capacity and longer life reduces downtime – avoid costly cross and bearing kit replacements

R-Kits:
• Lubrication cycle of up to 8 hours.
• Interchangeable with standard North American cross and bearing kits available in the market.
• Easier grease access through the guard, no need to remove guard.

P-Kits:
• Lubrication cycle of up to 8 hours.
• Interchangeable with standard profile metric cross and bearing kits available in the market.
• Easier grease access through the guard, no need to remove guard.
